The Great Wolf Rune is a quest, part of the Great Wolf Lodge Exclusive Content set. It grants the power of the wolf's howl, for a Magi to protect themselves and the forest with. This power is associated with the wolf Tamaska, the Lupus constellation in the southern hemisphere. In the quest, Princess Amora tasks Magi with summoning and taming Tamaska as their their first creature from the stars. The quest can only be started after a Magi earns the Celestial Rune, which is used to summon the great wolf.
Obtaining[]
This quest involves a unique mechanic only found in this quest and the Potion Rune quest. Each item the Magi collects must be turned in one by one to a specific location, in this case the Star Map. The Great Wolf Rune requires collecting- in order and keeping in mind to visit the Star Map in between- the Wolf in the Stars, the Howling Wolf Statue, the Wolf Rune in a chest, the Eyes of the Wolf, the Courage Stone, and ending on one last visit to the Star Map.
Uses[]
The power of the Great Wolf Rune is never explicitly used in a quest or adventure; however, the rune's collection is in itself a test to gain Princess Amora's trust. It is required to begin the Ursa Major Adventure.

- Despite being referred to as a singular wolf, the Howling Wolf Statue actually contains three wolves.
- This quest was not always available at the Pocono Mountains, PA realm. It and it's associated quest and adventure replaced the Lightning Rune and Princess and Goblin King Adventure.
